Red Meat
is Healthy Food for
Your Prostate

red meat is healthy for your prostate gland

Let's clear up the misconception that Red Meat increases the risk of prostate cancer.

It does not.

I know it's the popular myth. But, it still is a myth.

What increases the risk of prostate cancer when eating animal proteins is:

  • Extensive use of sugars of any kind

  • The imbalance of Omega 3 fatty acids to Omega 6 and Omega 9 fatty acids
  • Lack of essential alkaline mineral salts, especially calcium

People often ask: Why do vegetarians have a statistically lower rate of prostate cancer?

Their diets generally contain a sizable amount of fresh nuts.

Nuts are high in Omega 3 fats. (However, vegetarians also do have a statistically shorter life span than meat eaters by an average of 10-15 years.) And nuts are rich in valuable minerals.

This Is The Problem
With Commercial Red Meats:

Commercially raised beef and pork are generally "grain fed" instead of grass fed (the natural food for grazing animals).

Grass fed red meat contains a superior fat and far more Omega 3 fat than grain fed red meat. Grain fed animals have extremely low amounts of Omega 3. An insufficient amount for human health.

Lack of the essential fatty acids leads to the production oxydase. Oxydase induces cancer growth and many other chronic disorders.

Why are animals grain fed? Grain feeding is the most cost effective way to have food animals gain weight fast. It is quick and cheap. Therefore there is more profit in the red meat business with grain feeding. It is that simple.

Nuts And Fish

There are other reasons we lack Omega 3 fats. In modern times, people don't commonly eat many fresh nuts. The nuts we do eat are usually roasted to death or stale and rancid.

Cold water fish (very naturally high in Omega 3) like mackerel, sardines, sea bass, and salmon are not on every meat eaters menu. That is especially true in the mid west region of the USA, where almost no fish is in the average diet.

These factors account for the statistic that 85% of the western world is deficient in Omega 3 fats.

It's no wonder cancer is so prevalent!

All the Omega fatty acids are necessary to health. Omega 3, 6, 9 are the ones we hear most about. Omega 6 and 9 appear naturally in the Western (American) diet in plentiful amounts.

Omega 3 is the one that is harder to find in the standard Western diet.

And, Omega 3 is the cancer fighter.

Omega 3 Is The Cancer Fighter

"A diet high in Omega 6 and 9 ("polyunsaturated oils") and low in Omega 3 actually raises a person's cancer risk by 50%."

This is exactly what happened 40 years ago when heart patients were told to eat less animal fat (butter and meat fat) and eat more "polyunsaturated fat" (vegetable oils).

There was no significant reduction in heart disease or heart attacks, but, the patients wound up getting 50% more cancers than those who stayed with the red meat and butter.

A Proven Cancer Cure

On the other hand, the famous Dr. Johanna Budwig (seven time Nobel Prize nominee), proved cancer and heart disease are easily cured with Omega 3 fat.

She uses flax seed oil and sulpher proteins (cottage cheese being her first choice, cheese, nuts, onions, leeks, garlic).

To quote Johanna Budwig:

"Even in these cases where surgery and radiation treatment failed it is possible to restore health in a few months at most, I would truly say 90% of the time".

"This has never been contradicted, but this knowledge has been a long time reaching this side of the ocean, hasn't it? Cancer treatment can be very simple and very successful once you know how. The cancer interests don't want you to know this."

If you use flax oil it must be fresh and unheated. It spoils quickly. The most recommended source is Omegaflo®. You will also need to supplement with Vitamin E because flax oil and fish oil use up more Vitamin E (which most modern food is deficient in).

What does all this have to do with red meat and prostate cancer? Simply that it is not the red meat that causes the disease or any other cancer, it is the lack of essential fatty acids (Omega 3).

According to Johanna Budwig, to be effective, the sulpher proteins and Omega 3 oils must be consumed together.

The usual recommended amount of flax or fish oil is 1-2 teaspoons a day with meals. Therapeutic doses are higher. Vitamin E is usually recommended at the 400iu amount.

Flax Oil vs Fish Oil

There has been some recent research controversy on Flax Oil possibly stimulating prostate cancer growth. No hard evidence has yet been given. However, studies have never shown that to occur with fish oils.

Yes, Red Meat
Is Natural Human Food

red meat is healthy natural human food and healthy for the prostate

According to biochemists, the human body developed for millions of years on a diet of about 40% meat and 60% vegetables (no grains).

This is called The Primitive Diet.

Whenever you imbalance the natural order of things you eventually get problems.

Back in primitive times the ratio of Omega 3 fats to Omega 6 and 9 fats was estimated to be 1 to1 or possibly 1 to 3. Today the estimate is 1 to 25 and many say 1 to 50.

That is how far the natural balance is off. Doesn't the associated high cancer incidence just seem logical?

How Perfect Can A Food Get?

The elemental content of red meat is almost identical to human blood.

Wild healthy red meat is an almost perfect food all by itself. Hunters and explorers have been known to live on an all animal food diet for years with radiant health!

Even though our domestically produced animals lack the proper balance of Omega fatty acids, it is very easy to maintain the balance by adding 1-2 teaspoons of fish oil to your diet.

There is no sane reason to change the basic diet nature developed the human body on. That diet was about 40% red meat. (Personal spiritual reasons are something else all together.

Is There Really A Problem
with
Cholesterol And Saturated Fats?

No. Neither cholesterol or saturated fats are your enemy.

I'll bet that statement really has you head spinning if you are currently following all the nonsense and hype about fat and cholesterol. Right?

Yes. It is myth and hype.

Here are the facts:

In the absence of sugar, fats (including cholesterol) burn cleanly and evenly in the body and are a superior source of energy.

And, cholesterol is vital to your health and even your life. 90% of your brain is made from cholesterol.

Cholesterol is so important to life, that a normal healthy human liver produces more cholesterol in a day than you can ever normally eat in a day when you eat red meat.

A low/no sugar diet with adequate Omega 3 fats will actually clean your arteries out.

Don't buy into the "hardened arteries are like clogged sewer pipes" hype. Veins and arteries are living breathing tissue that will clean and regenerate when the proper environment (nutrition) is present. It has been proven over and over again.

Here's The Living Proof:

The living real world proof of this is the American Eskimo People. Their diet is 70% animal fat (including fish fat/oil). 70% fat!

Until "civilized" men introduced sugar and alcohol into the Eskimo diet, Eskimos had NO incidence of cancer, heart disease, arthritis or diabetes. And, they live the most physically stressful lives on this planet!

In fact the few Eskimo communities that still live in isolation still have no evidence of any of these diseases.

Clean fresh animal protein does not produce disease.

Sugar eating and lack of other essential nutrients
(like Omega 3 fats and calcium)
does induce disease.

Red meat is not your enemy. It does not induce prostate cancer or any other cancer.

Your enemies are: Sugar, hydrogenated fats, commercial vegetable oils, chemical food additives, highly processed foods, and most grains (especially wheat).

The Importance of Alkalinity

Alkalinity refers to the proper acid/alkaline balance in your blood.

Alkalinity in a proper diet does not come from excluding red meat. It comes from having adequate calcium and mineral ingestion.

The plants we ate and the natural clean water we used to drink used to provide us with a proper amount of these minerals.

Because so many of our modern vegetables are mineral deficient it is usually necessary to take a calcium supplement that is very bio-available. That means one that your body will absorb and utilize.

Things like manufactured calcium carbonate will mostly just pass through you. Or, even give you diarrhea.

The best supplement I have found for my own personal use is natural coral calcium. There are 2 kinds the land version and the sea version.

The land version is very low in Magnesium (your body needs this mineral to utilize calcium properly).

The sea version has a proper 2 to 1 (Calcium to Magnesium) balance as well as over 70 other important tract minerals in it.

This calcium is simply the ground up bony structure of sea coral.

Red Meat
Is A Basic Natural Food
for
Good Prostate Health

Red meat is not your enemy. No matter what the current food fads say.

It is a highly nourishing natural human food.

It provides first class protein as well as a wide array of essential nutrients to maintain your prostate gland and enable healthy sperm production.

Eating healthy red meat can only do good things for you!
