Good Prostate Health
and
Correct Massage Techniques

Good prostate health is important to every man.

And, there are millions of men who have improved their lives with the instructions from the pages on this site for correct massage techniques.

But a question that often comes to me is: How much massaging is enough? And how much is too much?

Learn How To Do It Right!

Good prostate health has been the benefit to most men who will take the time to learn and practice the simple techniques I teach here.

Correct massage is without a doubt one of the most powerful tools for healing a sick and painful gland. This is because these specific massages increase the blood flow right where you need it. This greatly enhances the body's ability to heal itself.

There are no drugs, nor will there ever be any, that can compare with what Mother Nature can do to heal your body.

Good prostate health from correct massage occurs because more fresh new blood is delivered to your sick, tired, swollen, inflamed, aching gland. And it is this fresh healthy blood that enables your body to clean itself up and heal itself.

It is that simple. And because it is that simple many do not believe it possible.

Where 99% Of Our Problems Here Come From

Good prostate health is no accident. And, most of our problems in this area come from just 4 sources:

1) Lack of oxygen and nutrients

2) Toxic accumulation

3) Inadequate nutrition

4) Too much sex

Good prostate health invariably seems to result when we take care of these 4 areas.

Correct body work techniques (prostate massage) will take care of the first two. Learning what to feed your body will cover the third. Moderation (and even an extended period of rest) will take care of the fourth.

Good prostate health is normally able to be restored with even the most chronic, long term, and terrible conditions when the body and gland are brought back to natural balance.

How Much Is Enough?

Good prostate health and correct body work techniques often go hand in hand.

How much should you massage your gland? Well that's an individual situation. It depends on how sick it is.

Consider the process just like exercise.

If you are weak, sick, and out of shape generally, you can't do too much exercise. The same holds true for your gland.

And if it is already in pain, weak and sick you don't want to make it worse.

To start, ALWAYS be very gentle. You're not usually going to fix a problem here in one day. Neither are you going to become Jack LaLanne after one day in the gym. Make sense?

Normally, 2 to 3 times a week of internal massage is enough for a gland that needs some rejuvenating. Doing more is not necessarily beneficial. Just like with exercise, it take time to recuperate and clean out the toxins that have been stirred up.

Persistence Is Key

Regaining good prostate health usually requires persistence. Persistence is a key factor here. Slow and sure like the tortoise is actually the fastest way to success.

When a man does too much, it can causes some real pain the next day and the man often gives up. That's usually a very big mistake.

It is just like most people who buy gym memberships. Did you know that of all the people who buy lifetime gym memberships, the highest percentage of these people use that lifetime membership just 4 times. Just 4! Then they never return.

Why? They do too much in the beginning, everything hurts after that, they feel crappy and irritable and then they quit!

Don't let that happen to you in you quest for good prostate health!

Start SLOWLY!

Good prostate health through correct body work will happen more quickly if you start gently. Especially the first few times.

It's much better to feel like you're not doing enough than to feel like you did too much when you wake up the next day.

After the first internal massage, wait a few days before the next one. If you are doing the external work only, it can be done every day. But, never do more than is comfortable. That is too much.

The "No pain, no gain" motto here does NOT apply. Creating pain here can set you back. It will not do you extra good.

Using the internal methods is usually much more intense. You are contacting the gland almost directly with the internal methods. You're not working through a layer of muscle and fat.

Compare it to walking and weight lifting. Walking you can do every day. Weight lifting is most effective just 2 or 3 days a week. This is because it is much more intense. The body needs more time to rest, clean up and recover.

How Much Is Too Much?

Good prostate health requires gentleness, time and perseverance. By now you're probably getting the idea... And, anything that causes pain is not going to lead you down the path to good prostate health.

In the beginning there will usually be tenderness. And the next day or two may easily result in some added soreness. This is natural. During your first couple of internal massages you're going to be releasing a lot of accumulated toxins. Toxins that have been building up for years!

These toxins will irritate not only your gland, but the whole area down there until the blood has time to flush them away. This is what causes the soreness on following days.

The same thing can happen if you have not massaged the area for a long time and are just starting again.

Other than that, if you are experiencing pain during your session you are either being too aggressive or you are doing it for too long a period of time.

Good prostate health requires that you pay attention to how you are feeling. Anytime you feel pain stop what you are doing immediately! Then either be more gentle or stop all together and come back to it another day.

PAIN while massaging means you are doing too much or pushing too hard.

Let Your Body Guide You

After you have been doing your body work for a few weeks, you'll notice how much feels good and what is uncomfortable. Stick with what feels good. The session should actually be very refreshing once you are accustomed to it.

And never go past the point of comfort. That's your best guide. And it's different from man to man. So progress slowly and find what is best for you.

If you are going to make an error, make it on the side of not doing enough.

If You Over Do It

In the beginning you will probably over do it a bit if you are like me and most men. That usually shows up as some extra soreness later in the day or the next day.

As long as you didn't do anything really drastic, just take a few days off before you begin again. A few sitz baths or some vibrating massage will usually calm things down nicely.

If You Have Pain Even Before You Start

If you are suffering with a lot of pain already, you may not be able to do internal techniques right away. Your gland may be just too sensitive. You'll know the first time you try it.

In this case, the vibrating massage and sitz bath are the best choices.

Once you start feeling better, the external body work can be attempted.

external massaging for good prostate health

Good prostate health comes from taking the correct actions. Although the internal prostate massage is the strongest and fastest acting, it is not something that should be used if you have a delicate condition or are in a lot of pain to begin with.

As you progress and your pain diminishes, the internal massages can be tried. After a while you'll really look forward to doing them.

Always Be Safe

A good prostate health program can change your life!

Rarely, a medical condition may exist that could make internal massaging dangerous. This usually occurs only in men of advanced age. Certain types of hemorrhoids, polyps, fissures, colon disease, certain prostate cancers, and just plain old age may present a problem where the internal techniques could be dangerous.

So, always be safe. Before you begin, get a check up from your doctor first.

If for some reason you can not do internal work, you can still find relief and build health with gentle external massage and peripheral massages. It just takes longer.

Even If You've Had Problems For Decades

Good prostate health is a reality for most men if they approach it correctly. Even if they have been having problems for decades!

Good prostate health will elude those who take no action to correct it. For these men, their problems can and probably will last a lifetime and get progressively more serious. Just as with the health of the entire body.

Once you are used to working on your gland, enough is: as long as it feels good. Any more is too much (and can cause you problems and pain).

When you are starting, enough usually is: just the amount it takes to get your gland used to being touched and rubbed. Just one or two minutes each morning of external work should be enough in the beginning.

Trying your first internal massage? Just get used to the feel of it. Use very LITTLE pressure. Over time you'll notice you can use more pressure for longer periods of time with little or no discomfort. It actually becomes very pleasurable!

Never will you need to exceed 5-10 minutes of internal manual work (or 15-20 minutes with an Aneros hands free device. My personal choice, and the model that seems to fit most men perfectly, with the least amount of discomfort, is the Aneros Helix Silicone.)

Finding The Right Amount

Good prostate health means you have to constantly monitor what you are doing.

This is not a competition to see how much you can do.

The whole idea is to get the fresh blood in and the toxins out. That's it! After that the body will do everything else on it's own.

So start slowly. Don't cause yourself pain. Massage at regular intervals. Increase the length of the session until you can do 5-10 minutes pleasurably (15-20 minutes with a hands free Aneros)

See how much better you feel!

Good Prostate Health!

When your gland regains health, your pain disappears, and you are peeing normally again, you'll notice your whole life becomes a happier one! Your entire spirit and zest for life will improve.

Good prostate health can be achieved by most men. Correct massage techniques, used regularly, can help get you there.

Be Well.....
