Colon cleansing foods are anything naturally fibrous:

  • Vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Nuts and Seeds
  • Whole Grains



Any of them. Sure, some have more fiber than others. But all plant foods in their natural state have fiber.

Lol! Not really. My favorites are fresh raw apples and/or cole slaw. Yup. Cole slaw. As long as it’s not that nasty gooey crap a lot a places serve, you’re good.

Most supermarket Delis have a decent one out here in Los Angeles. So if you must have a fast food dinner or lunch, grab one of their roast chickens, some cole slaw and a fresh apple. That’s a healthy quick dinner fit for a king!
