Those famous quotes became famous because they were true.
These two pages are here to help you get an image (or a better image) of what your prostate gland looks like.
These prostate pictures are here to aid you in your prostate healing process.
The pictures and diagrams will show you:
- Where your prostate gland is
- What a normal and an enlarged gland look like
Helping Yourself Heal
The human mind is a powerful tool. Many health practitioners believe that it can be very helpful to visualize what your massage treatment is doing while you are massaging. I agree.
Study each picture and diagram. Keep a picture of a healthy normal prostate in mind while you are doing your prostate massage, milking or exercise. See your own gland returning to this ideal as you massage it.
By keeping a picture of a healthy prostate gland in mind as you are performing your massage, and by envisioning the result you want, you can help your body heal more easily and more quickly.
The Prostate Pictures and Diagrams

the prostate gland
This is a rather detailed picture of the prostate gland. For effective massage, milking or exercise results it is not necessary to learn all the parts inside of the gland.
This picture is just to let you see that this gland is not just a mass or blob of troublesome tissue. It is a complex gland with specific parts.

prostate location
In these two diagrams you can see the position of your prostate in realtion to the organs that surround it.

a simple diagram
In this prostate picture diagram you can see the bladder above the prostate and the part of the
Urethra
(tube that the unrine runs through) that passes through the prostate.

When the prostate swells it presses down on the Urethra and can slow down the flow of urine from your bladder. Sometime a little. Sometimes a lot. That is what makes it hard to pee or makes the flow of urine very slow when you have a swollen or enlarged prostate gland.
