Which Ones Do We Need?

And, How Much?



Adequate Omega 3 6 9 fatty acids are all vital to life and radiant health. Just like Proteins and the all Vitamins and Minerals.

Without them, you will undoubtedly have various health problems.

Deficiencies and imbalances in any of the nutrients can cause a multitude of other health problems. But, there is so much hype on which of the Omegas are important. How come? Because there is big money in it.

Let's Clear Up All The Hype.

First, life was not designed to be complicated. We just make it that way. Knowingly or unknowingly.

In a natural diet in ideal natural conditions, all the vitamins, minerals, proteins, including Omega 3 6 9 fatty acids are present in just the right amount. In this natural environment, you would never have to be concerned with any of the nutrients or your Omega 3 6 9 balance.

They would all be there in adequate supply and perfect balance, naturally. That is how our bodies were created and evolved over hundreds of thousands of years.

However, almost no one on the planet lives in that kind of natural situation any more. And, because of modern agriculture and farming practices, our Omega 3 6 9 balance has been dangerously effected.

The Number One Cause
of Disease

Diseases are not a mystery. We cause them. Maybe, unconsciously. But we cause and create them. It is actually unnatural to be unhealthy.

Our foods are the main problem.

Our foods are no longer wild and healthy. They are cultivated from generally weak soils.

Our farm animals also are fed unnaturally. This changes the fat composition of the animal as well as the vital Omega 3 6 9 balance. The multitude of diseases we have today (that weren't even in existence even 100 years ago) is proof of this.

Our Vitamins, Minerals, and Omega 3 6 8 oils are almost universally very deficient and out of balance. Junk foods, processed foods, and fake foods magnify the problem.

Most serious illness: cancer, heart disease, kidney disease, prostate problems, etc. can all be easily traced to our modern diet and living practices.

Of course there are other factors that can cause and contribute, such as environmental pollution, stress, chlorinated water, lack of exercise, genetics, etc.

But, nutrition deficiency is undoubtedly the number one cause.

Fats Are Essential to Health

These days we are taught to be frightened of fats. We are told they are the cause of heart disease and cancer and a multitude of other diseases. That is all nonsense. And, it is all profit based propaganda.

That misinformation is one of the worst travesties that has been bestowed upon us in the last 40 years.

Fats are essential to health! Once again, Essential! Necessary. You must have good natural fats in your diet or you will die. Good fats include animal fat as well as Omega 3 6 9 fats.

The Bad Fats

The bad fats are processed fats (trans fatty acids, hydrogenated fats and oils, margarines, shortenings). These are poisons! They are actually plastics. They are killers! Literally. They clog up your blood vessels and cause cancer. This is proven.

The other bad fats are the "vegetable" oils. The "polyunsaturated" oils.

The natural fats nourish and heal the body. Fats, especially animal fats, are necessary for proper healing and muscle growth. They are responsible for correct nerve function.

Omega 3 6 9 - The Proper Balance

The Omegas, Omega 3 6 9, are all fats.

When it comes to the Omega fats, Omega 3 6 9, the one that is always out of balance (deficient) is Omega 3.

Omega 6 and 9 are usually adequate in most diets. And, sometimes overabundant. Supplementing with Omega 6 and Omega 9 is unnecessary and can be harmful (by making the balance even worse!).

The Omega 3 6 9 fats play countless roles in human well being. From mental stability to reproductive ability to immune system strength to coronary health and proper nerve function. They are involved in most every life function in one way or another. Including sexual function and the ability to reproduce.

An overbalance of Omega 6 and/or Omega 9 to Omega 3 causes countless problems. Cancer being the most common. This has to do with free radical formation and lack of Vitamin E. It is practically impossible to have too much Omega 3 to Omega 6 and/or 9. The reason is, any natural food or oil that contains Omega 3 also contains adequate Omega 6 and Omega 9.

However, most products (oils) that are high in Omega 6 and Omega 9 are usually deficient in Omega 3.

"Polyunsaturated" Oils Are Killers!

The main source of Omega 6 and Omega 9 is commercial salad oils and salad dressings. They are called "polyunsaturated" oils.

Corn oil, soy oil, safflower oil, canola oil, virtually every "vegetable", is high in "polyunsaturates" (Omega 6 and 9).

People are led to believe that they contain Omega 3 6 9. In reality, these oils have little or no Omega 3! Especially after processing and chemical extraction. They are all health hazards and have no place in a healthy life style.

The healthy oils are Pure Olive Oil, Fresh Cold Pressed Flax Oil (very high in Omega 3), Coconut Oil, and Pure Butter. That is correct, Butter.

If you have any doubts about this, check the statistics, not the hype. Here is what the statistics show:

Fifty years ago, the "authorities" put people on bogus "polyunsaturated" (Omega 6 and Omega 9) oils to fight heart disease. It destroyed the Omega 3 6 9 balance in these people.

The results of years on that program did not show any significant reduction in heart disease. But it did show a 50% (yes FIFTY percent!) increase in new cancer formations for that group.

Omega 3 - The Lifesaver

  • Omega 3 fats have been successfully used to heal countless diseases including prostate problems, cancer, heart disease, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease,... All of these are diseases of "civilization".

  • Omega 3 is also known to relieve depression. In fact, in Scandanavian Countrys (where fish consumption is very high) clinical depression is unknown.

  • Omega 3 is also one of the best natural anti-inflammitory substances there is. This can be very helpful in most cases of prostatitis or any condition where inflammation occurs.

Where Do We Get Omega 3?

We used to get sufficient Omega 3 from the animals we ate. Domestically raising the animals on grains instead of healthy grasses has all but eliminated the Omega 3 6 9 from domestic beef. Especially the Omega 3.

Wild animals, that graze naturally, are found to have sufficient Omega 3 6 9 in their body fat.

These days, Fish (especially fatty fish: salmon, sardines, mackerel, turbot, sea bass...) are our best source of Omega 3 fats. Flax seed and flax seed oil is also very high in Omega 3.

But, flax seed oil seems to have been found to possibly promote prostate cancer in men. The jury is still out on that one. There is no corresponding finding for women.

Fish oils have no such implication.

The problem with getting your Omega 3 from most fish now is Mercury content. This puts us in a difficult situation. How do we balance the Omega 3 6 9 fats?

Shall we risk higher cancer levels with the "polyunsaturates" (Omega 6 9)? Or, do we instead risk brain and reproductive damage from mercury overdose (which has become a serious problem) from eating our ocean polluted fish?

The Solution Is Simple!

There is no need to worry or risk our health either way. The solution is simple. We can get all the Omega 3 we need in perfect form and abundance from pure mercury free fish oils.

The very best source of the vital Omega 3 is Norwegian Cod Liver Oil or a pure Fish Oil from the body of the fish. Both can be found with no mercury content and verified (on the bottle label) by laboratory testing.

An adult person generally only requires a very small amount. 1-3 teaspoonfuls daily (3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon) is usually optimum. A child, proportionately less.

Don't bother with the capsules. It takes 7 large (20 minum size) capsules to provide just one teaspoonful of oil. (that's 21 capsules for only 1 tablespoon!) Capsules are a huge waste of money.

The Major Culprit

Again, the worst offenders in the Omega 3 6 9 problem are commercial salad oils and cooking oils. All the "polyunsaturated" oils. The hydrogenated oils are not even food.

Never, Never, Never use them!

The safe and healthy oils are: Pure cold pressed Olive Oil, cold pressed Flax Oil, Pure Coconut oil, Real Butter, and meat fats.

If you must fry things, coconut oil, lard, chicken fat and butter are the only healthy choice. Olive oil is OK. Flax Oil is very fragile and it can become poisonous (like the "polyunsaturates") if you try to fry in it.

Meat Fat is OK?? Yes, that is also correct. Lard, chicken fat, and all meat fats are healthy natural fat. They do NOT (contrary to popular propaganda) clog the arteries! This is another myth that has been proven false.

Clogged Veins and Arteries
Do NOT Come From Animal Fat Consumption.

In recent years the original "research" that concluded animal clogged the veins and arteries, was found to be manufactured. It was made up. There was no clinical evidence of any kind.

But, the fabricated conclusion was embraced by drug manufacturers and food processors because it was a Goldmine! There were so many fake foods and drugs that could be made to combat this "problem" which really was not the cause of anything.

Same with cholesterol. Cholesterol is so VITAL to your existence that your liver produces more each day than you could normally ever eat! Even if bacon was your favorite food.

Your brain is made up of mostly cholesterol. How could you live without it? That's why your liver produces it.

Sugars are actually the cause of cholesterol and hardening arteries.

Clean Smooth Veins and Arteries

Civilizations that do not have our high sugar (especially refined sugar) consumption, do not have artery problems.

The only such civilization left on the planet today is the remote Eskimo peoples. Their diet contains 70% (yes SEVENTY percent!) animal fats. Yet, they are free of hardening of the arteries, hypertension (high blood pressure), prostate cancer, and cancer in any form.

The wild meat fats and fresh fish oils supply abundant Omega 3 6 9. Omega 3 6 9 in proper balance and quantity actually keep the arteries supple and clean.

In contrast, the more "civilized" Eskimos who have access to our sugar, alcohol products, and processed foods all suffer from the same diseases we do in "civilization".

There is a cause for everything. Even EVERY disease.

Which Fish Oil To Use?

How to make the Omega 3 6 9 balance: Our best source of Mercury Free fish oil is Cod Liver Oil. This oil also contains the essential Vitamin D that most "civilized" people lack due to lack of sun exposure on the skin.

For those who get plenty of regular daily sun exposure (the BEST source of Vitamin D), a plain pure Fish Oil from the body of the fish (not the liver) will prevent Vitamin D overdose.

Throughout the year, I use both. Which one I use depends upon the season and how much sun I am getting.

It' s Really Very Easy

Life involves millions of complicated precise processes. But, in a natural environment with natural foods, they all take care of themselves.

Living was meant to be easy. The closer you stay to nature, the healthier you will be. And, the easier life will be.

The more you screw around with natural living (and your food), the more "dis-ease" you will have.

So stay away from those commercial oils and salad dressings! Make your own salad dressings with pure fresh olive oil. Throw out the mayonnaise, margarine and shortening!

Eat your meat and butter and supplement moderately with natural fish oils. The combination of all the fats is the most natural for our bodies. And, the healthiest.

Then notice how much better you feel. With Omega 3 fish oils you will never have to worry about your Omega 3 6 9 balance again!
