Nature's Doctor #1 is Fresh Air!

Fresh Air is our first most basic need!

Fresh air is essential for good health!

Every single function of your life is dependant on the air you breathe. And on how much of it you breathe.

The Breath of Life!

You must breathe! If you don't you'll die in just a couple of minutes. We all know that.

But when you don't breathe sufficiently, or breathe stale dirty contaminated air all day long, you are suffocating your body.

Without enough oxygen you can not think well, you do not feel physically energetic, and you may become depressed and unhappy. You get sick more easily. Your prostate problems get worse. Your body begins to age faster and you die sooner.

WOW! Who knew?

But, if you think about it, doesn't that make sense.

Ever Notice This?

Did you ever hear anyone say:

"I need some fresh air!"

"I need to get out of here and get a breath of fresh air!"

"She's like a breath of fresh air."

Of course you have! You've probably said those things yourself. Many times!

And when you actually do go outside and breathe a few fresh breaths, how do you feel? So much better, calmer, more relaxed, mentally clearer.... Right?



OXYGEN: The Basis of Life Energy

We are carbon based life forms. We burn carbon molecules to create energy. Oxygen is what enables the carbon to burn. That's what creates our energy! Just like when you burn gasoline in your car.

And energy is required for every single function in our life. Every cell in your body depends on Oxygen.

When you breathe in more oxygen:

  • You enhance your body's ability to create more energy immediately!

  • Your immune system gets stronger

  • You don't get sick as easily

  • Many chronic problems diminish or disappear

  • You feel more vibrant and full of life!

Everything in your life requires energy. Even the simplest thought requires energy! Oxygen! Air!

When you maximize the oxygen in your body with clean air and deep breathing, every function in your body improves and starts to works to it's highest capacity!

The fresher the air, the more Oxygen you get.

When you breathe fresh air regularly and deeply: You look more radiant. You walk taller. You seem to smile more because you feel good! You're in a good mood most of the time. Your prostate feels better.

How Do We Get More Oxygen?

And equally is important, you need to breathe FRESH AIR. Not just stale, contaminated office air.

If you want to really improve your life and your health, spend some time each day outside.

To get that air running deeply and vigorous through out your whole body do some exercise out there: Go for a walk. Ride a bike. Play tennis or badminton. Play any sport you like. Garden.

Even just 30 minutes a day will make a huge difference that you can feel right away!

It doesn't matter what you do. Do something physical outside. Just 20 - 30 minutes of activity a day outdoors can bring a miraculous change to your health and well being.

Oxygen Even Kills Disease!

Nature set things up pretty darn well. The things that make us health and well seem to also kill off the things that harm us most.

Oxygen kills germs, bacteria, viruses and even cancer cells.

It has even been proven that cancer cells do not survive in an oxygenated environment. In fact cellular oxygen starvation is a prime cause of cancer. That is the entire basis for the successful cancer treatments by Seven time Nobel Prize nominee Johanna Budwig.

In the famous health sanitariums of the 19th century, all patients spent some time outside every day. Even during the cold European winters. Sometimes bundled up in wheelchairs.
